When Daylight Savings Time kicked in just a week ago, my bedroom went from being pretty bright when I woke up back to being pretty dark. After one week that first light was ten minutes sooner. By a week from now when I roll out of bed I won't have to rely on artificial lighting to see what I'm doing.
Hallelujah!I can't wait.
Five years ago today: Goodbye And Good Riddance, Winter!
Love spring.
ReplyDeleteMe too!
DeleteI missed it today! And the sun is always up when I get up. 😁
ReplyDeleteI just can't get my schedule switched over. It's a vicious cycle...get up early, go to bed early because you're tired, then get up early because you've had enough sleep.
DeleteYes its so dark here til after 7
ReplyDeleteI do much better in sunlight than in darkness.
DeleteMe too. Now that there's still daylight when i get home from work, i want to do things around the house and yard.
DeleteI measured the length of the day and night yesterday. The night was a few inches longer.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Interesting. I'm sure that will change in a few weeks.
DeleteSo glad it is finally Spring! They are taking about ending the Daylight Savings Time which means here in MI in January it won't get light until 9:00! Guess I will worry about that when the time comes!
ReplyDeleteI heard about the possible change to Daylight Savings Time. I remember that they tried it back in the 1970s; it didn't go well.
