  1. As a contemplative, I'm generally always in a state of prayer, so I'm in, but fasting is out.

Too late! And I can't even fast for my own good let alone other peoples.

    1. I am a horrible faster, but I'm proud to say I made it all the way through yesterday.

    1. For me, the 'no meat' rule is easy to follow. The fasting on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday not so much.

  6. Prayer can work wonders, I believe in the power of prayer. The news footage is hard to watch all those families being displaced. Makes my heart hurt.

  7. My heart is broken for the people of Ukraine. The options are so slim right now when Putin has his finger on the nuclear button.
