Every day for a year, starting on my 49th birthday, I did something I've never done before.
Now that I've completed that project, here's more of my adventures.

What Do You Think?
Why did this goose settle down in the middle of the parking lot? Does it make a difference that it's right in the middle of the handicapped area? Any other thoughts?
I know that birds don't have the biggest brains, but I would hope the goose would have chosen a more secure spot. On the other hand, I have no idea how much time a bird has to get somewhere when she feels the urge to lay an egg.
I'd say the handicapped area is a safety zone. Had he sat anywhere else, his goose would have been cooked. Lol.
ReplyDeleteIF the zone is safe for humans, why not geese too?
DeleteI wouldn't know why. I just like this goose and the whole picture. Good shot!
ReplyDeleteThank you.
DeleteThey do what they do don’t they? I don’t even see a puddle of water there or anything.
ReplyDeleteNo, there wasn't water anywhere close.
DeleteIf it was a sunnier day shining on that asphalt that goose would be cooked.
ReplyDeleteYou and Shirley seem to be on the same wavelength :-)
DeleteHe's part of the Occupy movement protesting parking lots.
ReplyDeleteHA!
DeleteThat's funny!
DeleteTired out, needed nap.
ReplyDeleteAnd just like a cat, the goose plopped down wherever it was when the feeling hit.
DeleteHe looks very content whatever.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't he?
DeleteMaybe he thinks he's a chicken and it's his obligation to try to cross the road.
ReplyDeleteMaybe...
DeleteHas the $300 been collected?
ReplyDeleteHmmm...you're right. I don't see the proper handicapped tag.
DeleteMaybe there are eggs under the goose?
