Possible Confusion
When someones approaches the Customer Service desk and asks if there's a "Mac" store in the mall, I have to determine if they're looking for:
MAC Cosmetics (which doesn't have a dedicated store, but does have a nice-sized counter at Macy's), or
The Apple store.
If I guess wrong, it can be very embarrassing.

ReplyDeletePerhaps you can tell more easily if the person has some sort of a case and is trying to fix a computer.
Not sure what could help you with the makeup since even men go in there to get make up sometimes.
