hot fudge, nuts, cherries, whipped cream
DINNER
loaf of cheese garlic bread
large pepperoni and mushroom pizza
pitcher of Diet Pepsi
2 Milky Way candy bars
LATE EVENING NEWS
Entire Frozen Cheesecake eaten directly from the freezer

DeleteI can definitely relate to this diet a few times in my life. More ice cream than cake. Ice cream is my comfort dessert.

ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend does this. I get jealous that he can go so long with being so healthy all the time, and then he just undoes it. I'm better at moderation
ReplyDeleteI hadn't seen this list before and when I read the first two breakfast and lunch foods, my first thought was that I could never keep to this routine, but the rest of the plan could work...in moderation.
