Signage Of The Times

Here's a selection of political items that have recently caught my eye.

Yes it does! Please do it.

Or Indysplendent, Librarytarian, or Greeny?

Yes! And in my opinion the order is important.

Someone repurposed an old Biden sign into an 'H'.
I think it's for Harris, but why not just get a new sign?

A St. Louis-centered sign with the Gateway Arch in the graphic.
STL is a nickname for the city.

Who needs a elephant or donkey?
The Cocktail Party works for me!

(For what it's worth, I tried really hard to showcase both major political parties. In a month of searching, all I could find were standard-issue Trump signs.)

    1. There are so many people voting early in this area that the locations all have long waits.

  3. ⬆️ sorry about the delete but had too many typos. Anyway… Down the street there was a Harris sign. So I guess either someone didn’t like it or it was just a bunch of teenagers but the sign was stolen. He then made a sign that said, “You can steal my sign but you can’t steal my vote.”

I thought that was a good response.

  4. I had to look for the H several times. 😵
And I had to look up WCIC... Connect with WCIC. Listen live for encouraging Christian music that uplifts Peoria, Illinois, and the surrounding areas.

    1. I did too :-)

The WCIC people may have one interpretation of what praying is, but I prefer something broader.

  6. The H sign I didn't see until you explained it. I advanced voted for H, and will pray it all doesn't turn to Hades. Linda in Kansas

    1. To tell the truth, I didn't figure it out at first either. I like your interpretation of the letter.

  7. I didn't understand the "H" sign until you said something. Interesting signs.

    1. I walked by the sign a couple of times before I got it.

  8. I like the H sign too. Mostly though, I'm watching from Canada with empathy; US politics is exhausting. Fingers crossed for a smooth transition.

  10. I joined the Cat Party. We sleep a lot. Chase balls, the like. One of these days maybe we'll talk world issues but don't hold your breath. We'd rather snort catnip and chase imaginery mice.

  11. I lol'd at the Biden sign turned into an H. My vote will count until the electoral college sweeps it away.
