Similar Standpoints
Yesterday I walked past a house that had candidate political signs for three different races in the front
yard.
I had no clue who two of the individuals were, but based on the political
party of the US Senator candidate sign next to them I had a good idea what
ideology the others probably had.

I have been inspired to educate myself better and vote this November. I often skip non-presidential elections to be honest. I think everyone, no matter which side, is taking it more seriously.
I've made an effort to vote in every election for quite a few cycles now. I figure I can't complain about the outcome if I haven't expressed my opinion.
We really researched our candidates before voting this year. I was disappointed that so few people voted. Hawaii is heavily democratic so perhaps they figured it was a done deal.

ReplyDeleteIn my area, it feels like fewer and fewer people are going to the polls.
