I used this recipe: http://www.choosy-beggars.com/index.php/2008/11/12/pappa-al-pomodoro-tuscan-bread-and-tomato-soup/. The idea of putting bread in soup seems odd to me, but this was really tasty.

I've had bread machine flops a couple of times, but nothing as drastic as that. (Usually my problem is that my yeast had gotten old, although I agree that whole grains definitely change how much it rises.)Colettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16562242552148150493noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4320167217139525439.post-31669787316197794292009-02-26T08:21:00.000-06:002009-02-26T08:21:00.000-06:00I love focaccia! I just buy it from a local bakery though - I don't have room for a breadmaker and I feel like I wouldn't use it. Nice to know that some people do though! I have made bread before...but just in the oven. I'm thinking of making focaccia this weekend.Sydneyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14740877135009167937noreply@blogger.com
