I hate the fact that it has to be p...I love fruit. I hate the fact that it has to be picked green before it's shipped, because I remember tree-ripened fruit from when I was a child and we bought from local orchards. These days a golden delicious apple is green; they eventually turn yellow, but the taste just isn't there. But you can't ship tree-ripened fruit; it would bruise easily and spoil before it arrived at its destination.Donna.
